Born in Belgium, Rafaël Leloup studied composition at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles and at the Conservatorio di Bologna (Italy). In 2008, he moved in New York to specialize in Film Scoring at NYU. He received several honors for his curriculum and his works from Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, Belgian Vocation Foundation, ASCAP, and NYU; and has work on the award-winning film Un Café pour l'Amérique, Best Film Foreign @ Downtown Film Festival - Los Angeles, Official Selection of the Palm Springs ShortFest.
