In 2008, Ric had the opportunity to record Bernard "Pretty" Purdie- one of the most famous session drummers of all time (Charles Kynard, Grant Green, Arethra Franklin, James Brown, Steely Dan, and Miles Davis, to name a few..) for the Red Bull Music Academy in Boston, MA. Also in 2008, Ric worked for the AirCraft Music Library, where he mixed numerous albums of production music in both stereo and 5.1 surround sound, in addition to remastering older albums for re-release.

Being somewhat of a "jack of all trades," Ric has also worked as a dialog editor for numerous audiobook projects, including the famous children's novels, "Daddy Long Legs," and "Just David." Ric has worked in radio for many years and currently serves as mix engineer for the breakout new Radio Program "Nashville Music Minute," and as a producer for FMX Entertainment's "King Size Radio" production library, regularly serving radio stations around the country.
